Loveable Melody Morgan was heading toward Monquista City for her next quest. After pulling into port, she saw this magnificent ship and discovered it belonged to a Musketeer named Merciful Maria Morgan. While admiring the Galleon Pirate ship, Merciful Maria noticed and approached Loveable Melody. They started talking and during the conversation, the pirates realized that they were long-lost cousins! Merciful Maria Morgan knew Melody’s sister Humble Misty. They used to play together as children, but Maria didn’t think she had a sister. The two pirates decided to take a break from all their adventures and go on a cruise to learn more about each other.
The first thing they had to do was set up the cabin on Merciful Maria’s ship to suit both of them. As they went into the cabin, the cousins noticed their pets were playing with each other and Loveable Melody asked, “What is your cat’s name? I love cats! ”
Merciful Maria replied, “Lord Fluffy.”
Melody laughed and said, “My kitty’s name is Lady Fluffy! Hahaha.”
“I sure hope they get along on this trip we are planning!” chuckled Maria.
Merciful Maria Morgan suggested to her new friend to get all of the gear she needed and meet back on the ship and they would plan where they wanted to go. Loveable Melody Morgan agreed and went off to get her load.
While Melody was gone, Maria went to the crown shop and bought beds to suit their needs. Maria had enough gold to buy the furniture. She went into the crown shop and looked at the Musketeer Bedroom Set and a Privateer bed for her long-lost Cousin Melody. She made sure to click, “Shop with Gold” so there would still be crowns for anything they needed on their cruise. She set the trunks on the end of the beds. This is where they would store the treasures.
Melody came back and found her cousin in the cabin and was unexpectedly surprised. Maria decorated and put out some furniture! It looked awesome and they had enough furniture for a comfortable trip! “It’s time to start planning the rest of our trip!” they both exclaimed at the same time.
Merciful Maria Morgan explained that she has been all over the skyways and has seen multiple sites that were wonderful. “Do you have any special sites you want to see, Melody?”
Melody explained she has only been to Skyways: Skull Island, Flotsam, Tradewinds, and Tierra Primata. “I would like to go places I have never been to, what do you suggest Maria?”
“Peaceful places or do you want to do some plunderin’ on the way?” Maria asked.
Loveable Melody thought, “Hmm, I do love caves, but I think I would rather see some landscapes and find hidden chests. Maybe a little of both? How about some libraries too? I love to take breaks and read.”
Now it was Maria’s time to think. She suggested a cruise through the skyways that her young cousin hadn’t seen yet but warned her that it could be dangerous if they got into a scuffle. “We can go through the skyways in this order:
Tierra Primata Skyway has a Library in Monquista City, which is where we are currently parked.
From here, there is a Stormgate to Achaean Way. We can stop at Nova Aquilla’s bathing pool and The Lyceum, which has scrolls to read. We can catch another Stormgate from here and go down Calabria Skyway to Valencia
Villa Trigante is a wonderful stop for a nice walk and we might find a chest around the Villa Grounds.
Maria continued on the topic, “Melody we have two choices next – Do you want to go to MooShu or Marleybone? There are lots of caves and tunnels in both skyways.”
Loveable Melody thought and replied, “ Let’s go to MooShu next and maybe we can get to Marleybone at the end of our trip.”
Ok then, the next stop will be Hamamitsu Gardens. We can have a walk around the gardens and then have lunch at the gazebo and feed the pandas. “We probably won’t have time to visit all the sites in MooShu. That would take the whole trip,” said Maria.
“That’s ok Maria. Maybe on another vacation, we can run around MooShu. At least I get to see the garden and pandas!” exclaimed Melody.
Merciful Maria went on to explain sailing through another Stormgate to Marleybone and having dinner at the Admiral Benbow Tavern. “I know a few places we can plunder chests if you like. Loveable Melody looked happily and said “Chests! Sure, let’s add that to the list.”
‘Let’s end our adventure in Cooper’s Roost Skyway. We will take the Transportalator from Barkeley Square in Marleybone to Cooper’s Roost. Cooper’s Roost has a few places to plunder chests. Then travel by stagecoach to Bison Village where we can shop and have a hike to view the horizon in the skyway. Gold Creek is our last stop. It’s near Bison Village and a great place to plunder,” Maria finished.
So off they went on their cruise.
Tierra Primata Skyway
Before leaving Port at Monquista City they went to visit the library. When they went in, Loveable Melody noticed Merciful Maria was in a monkey costume and started laughing. “Shhh!” Maria whispered, “I didn’t tell you this but I have had a run-in around here and needed to disguise myself as one of them. Enjoy your reading time while I try not to scratch. This costume is itchy!”
Achaean Way
The next port of call was Nova Aquila. First, the two cruisers went to The Lyceum to check out the scrolls. Melody was going to read but the cats seemed to be getting into trouble and the Pirates didn’t want that, so they moved outside to give the kitties room to roam.
“Let’s go toward the pool, I’m sure the cats will calm down by the water,” said Merciful Maria. On the way to the pool, Melody caught an eye on a hidden chest and plundered it. She found it by the bathing pool and pilfered 170 gold out of it. “This will help pay for any of the damages the cats made in the Lyceum,” Melody mentioned.
Once at the bathing pool, they had a nice chat with Crassius Beakimus. After their bath, they went to the ship and rested in the cabin. Both were tired and decided to set sail the next morning for Villa Trigante.
Calabria Skyway – Valencia
In the morning the cousins got up and started sailing to Calabria Skyway. It was a beautiful morning and Lord and Lady Fluffy decided to come visit them behind the wheel. The cats have become good friends and love getting into trouble together.
Arriving at the beautiful Villa Trigante, they set out to see the area. Melody excitedly exclaimed, “Maria, you were right! Here’s a chest to plunder! Thank you!”
After walking around the villa and taking a brief time to meditate at the gazebo and enjoy each other’s company, they decided to move on to MooShu to have lunch. Maria got the ship sailing once again and the both of them talked more about their lives and the adventures they were having.
MooShu – Hamamitsu Skyway
Hamamitsu Gardens was straight ahead when they popped out of the Stormgate with a few zigzags to go around some big koi fish. Once docked, Merciful Maria stopped to fill the ship with fuel and then took her cousin into the garden. Loveable Melody was enamored by the beautiful flowering trees and flowers around her. In awe of her surroundings, Melody declared, “This is such a beautiful place to sit, have lunch and listen to all the wonderful animals around here. It’s much different than some of the caves and tunnels I’ve been traveling through.” Maria replied, “You bet! Sometimes you just need a little time to see pleasant surroundings.”
After enjoying their lunch in the large gazebo, they ventured around the gardens and came across the pandas Maria talked about. Lord and Lady Fluffy were curious but weren’t getting too close, Lord Fluffy disappeared behind Maria. After their garden adventure, the two cousins decided to sail through the Stormgate to Marleybone. They would go have dinner, hit the two taverns there, and check out some spots for pillaging a few chests.
Marleybone
The two pirates docked in Marleybone, then Maria had Melody follow her to the Admiral Benbow Tavern up the stairs and down the ramp. The stop was on the right under the bridge. When they entered the tavern, they waved at the bartender and got some food and drinks. The cats were uneasy in this place and Lady Fluffy hid under the table. Maria talked about sneaking into Old Scrooge’s house and snatching his chest. But found out from Kaitlin Quinn that it was locked up tight and they couldn’t sneak in.
Maria whispered that they would head down in the tunnels to the Snail and Newt Tavern. They always have a chest to plunder down there. After all the fun in the tunnels, the two cruisers went back to their ship and rested for the night. Maria mentioned they had lots of chests to find the last days on the cruise. Better rest up for all the sightseeing tomorrow.
Cooper’s Roost Skyway
It was kind of a dreary day this morning in the town of Marleybone, Merciful Maria said not to worry because they are going to a highfalutin area that is full of Gunslingers and Bison Warriors. They walked over to Barkeley Square to see Kasuf Bey and transportalated to Cooper’s Roost.
“Wow, you are right Cous’. Lots brighter and hotter here,” muttered Melody.
“Hey Melody, look behind that building, I bet you will find another chest, exclaimed Maria. And she was correct! Eighty-two more pieces of gold were added to the jar of gold Loveable Melody was collecting. Maria also had one more stop in Dusty Cave to the left of the saloon. “Hi there, Bat Masterson! Hope you’re having a fine day,” said Merciful Maria. “Just lookin’ for those chests in the corner to the right. Have a great one!” Melody went over to pilfer the chest and got 31 gold pieces. Waving goodbye to Bat Masterson, they went out of the cave.
Walking down the stairs to the dock, Melody and Maria jumped on the stagecoach and took a ride to Bison Village. This place had a great morning view of the skyway – You could see the Scorpion Roc, Boot Hill, and other ships in the Panorama. After taking more pictures, they went down and had roasted fish with the Bison Villagers.
The last stop before sailing home was Gold Creek. When docking there, the cousins met Prospector Zeke by a tent, on the right. We told him we came looking for chests. Zeke explained, “Check behind this tent and over there by the rock near the dock. Lots of pirates hide things there. You can also find a chest in Wasp Cave if you don’t mind getting stung by one or two wasps. You might want to stay away from the Queen Wasp. She’s a mean one!”
Off the pirates went in search of their final treasures on this trip. First, they looked behind the tent and by the rocks. They ended up with 296 gold and then found Wasp Cave behind the waterfall to the left of Zeke’s Tent.
So looking in all the crevices in the cave, they weren’t having any luck, but then they saw a hidden chamber to the northeast. It had a chest! Lady Fluffy jumped into the chest and Melody had to get the cat and the gold out. They managed another 74 gold there. Working their way back out they went to the ship cabin and reminisced on all the fun things they did. Lots of memories they both made on this cruise.
Loveable Melody thanked her cousin Merciful Maria for such a great cruise. There was so much more to see, but they both had to get back to helping other pirates with their quests. They both made plans to stay in touch and maybe, pull Humble Misty into the next trip with them. Melody was sure that would be one fun trip together, and hopefully, they wouldn’t get into too much trouble.
