A Spooktacular Estate

It’s that time of year again. Spooky Bob and Jack Hallow have arrived. The Spiral is decked out with pumpkins and the chase of colorful ghosts. Exciting quests and adventures await our farming spirits. A few of our old foes are freshly packed with beautiful new costume pieces and our housing tour headquarters are full of Haunted Houses to explore!

I would like to introduce my Halloween in the Spiral inspired Haunted House! Suri Shadowsong has opened her Death Schoolhouse to a little magic and fireworks!

Upon arrival you are greeted with a trip to the pinata for a little something sweet. Beware of the car trouble on the other side, it’s a little hot over there. To achieve the “car on fire” effect. I placed a variety of fire bowls giving the illusion of trouble from an exciting engine fire to smaller oil spots and the loss of car parts.

As you move on past the gates, lined rows of burning roses invite you to set off the confetti cannons. Do not worry about the winged friend seeming to guard the pathway. He is just curious as to why a mummy is bobbing for his apples.

Eerie melodies send shivers down your spine as you make your way to the graveyard to pay your respects. You hear a splash coming from the pool. Do you dare enter such murky waters to investigate?

Moving along, we venture inside. Something at the top of the stairs has caught your eye. Rehearsals are happening for the next Morganthe’s Shadow concert.  All this rocking has made you hungry and you make your way back down. Perhaps the kitchen has something to nibble on? The friendly chef has graciously whipped up something delightful and directs you to the dining hall. Something magical is happening in that room!

Now that you feel refreshed you make your way back into the kitchen and out the back door to the storm cellar. You notice some diligent research happening. I wonder what he is up to. Peering ahead you notice a glow in the corners. You’re faced with a choice of two teleporters. Only one is the right choice. If you picked the right one, you are free to take the staircase back down to the cellar. You may begin a dragon hunt to the left, outside of the cellar. If you chose incorrectly, you are stuck in the dark night sky ending your tour.
